【主な業務内容】
・Automotive Interior Electronics関連製品のOEM向けプロモーション活動(全OEM・Tier1対象)
・営業担当者との同行訪問による顧客提案、技術的サポート
・顧客要求仕様の理解・分析および最適な技術ソリューションの提案
・製品の技術説明、プレゼンテーション資料の作成・実施
・開発・設計部門との連携による製品仕様調整、カスタマイズ対応
・顧客からの技術的問い合わせ対応および不具合・改善要望へのフィードバック
・市場動向・競合情報の収集と製品戦略への反映
・プロジェクト進捗管理、見積・コスト調整支援

【Division and Products】
Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:
1)Power Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.
2)Brain Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.
3)Light Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.
4)Valeo Service Division : Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3.
This position is within the Brain Division.
【Main Responsibilities】
- Promote Automotive Interior Electronics products to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Conduct joint customer visits with sales representatives to provide technical proposals and support
- Analyze and understand customer requirements to propose optimal technical solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product explanations
- Coordinate with internal development and design teams to adjust specifications and handle customization requests
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and provide feedback on issues and improvement requests
- Collect market and competitor information and contribute to product strategy development
- Manage project progress and support quotation and cost coordination activities
