【ミッション】
- OEMの要求を開発チーム(主に中国)に伝え、成果物を納品
- 電子制御技術を組み合わせた機械・熱システムの技術力を顧客に提案・周知
- 日本の顧客、欧州開発チーム、中国生産チームとの技術的インターフェースを担当
◎R&D System Design Manager
全体の取りまとめを行うポジションです。
・顧客技術渉外: 国内最大手OEMへの技術報告、仕様交渉、およびプロジェクト完遂に向けた方針決定。
・製品設計管理: カーエアコン用電気ヒータ、インバータの制御システムおよびデバイス開発の統括。
・グローバル連携: 欧州・中国等の海外拠点との技術連携、国内市場への適応設計(Application Design)の推進。
・組織運営: チームの予算管理、メンバーの育成、業務効率化の実行。
◎R&D mechatronic Engineer
マネージャーの指示のもと実務を進めていくポジションです。
・技術窓口: マネージャーのサポートのもと、実務レベルでの顧客対応およびデータ分析・取りまとめ。
・設計実装: 海外拠点からの成果物に対する要求出しと、日本市場向けの品質・仕様管理。
【出張】
・海外:年1,2回
・国内:年に数回(常駐先企業の工場や試験場)

【Division and Products】
Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:
1)Power Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.
2)Brain Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.
3)Light Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.
4)Valeo Service Division : Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3.
This position is within the Power Division.
【Products】
High-voltage coolant heaters
【Mission】
・Communicate OEM requirements to the development team (mainly in China) and deliver results
・Propose and explain mechanical and thermal systems combined with electronic control technologies to customers
・Serve as the technical interface between Japanese customers, European development teams, and Chinese production teams
【Key Responsibilities】
◎R&D System Design Manager (Overall Coordinator)
・Customer Technical Liaison: Technical reporting, specification negotiation, and project strategy decisions for Japan’s leading OEM
・Product Design Management: Oversee development of electric heaters for car air conditioning, inverter control systems, and related devices
・Global Collaboration: Coordinate with overseas sites (Europe, China, etc.) and drive adaptation design for the Japanese market
・Team Management: Budget management, team member development, and operational efficiency improvements
◎R&D Mechatronic Engineer (Execution Role)
・Technical Interface: Support the manager in customer communications, data analysis, and result consolidation
・Design Implementation: Define requirements for deliverables from overseas teams and manage quality and specifications for the Japanese market
【Travel】
・Overseas: 1?2 times per year
・Domestic: Several times per year (visits to client factories or test facilities)
