今回は、OEM/OES向けプロジェクトをリードするシニアプロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。

◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています
1)パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、
快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造
2)ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの
再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造
3)ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と
ソリューションの設計、開発、製造
4)ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、1～3の商材全てのアフターサービス

【仕事内容】
プロジェクトの運営・進捗管理からチームマネジメント、予算・スコープ管理まで幅広く担当いただきます。
・割り当てられたプロジェクトの計画・実行・進捗管理
・プロジェクトKPI(品質・コスト・納期)の達成
・リソース管理、チームメンバーの育成・評価
・顧客対応(進捗報告、技術的議論、課題解決)
・予算・スコープ管理、変更管理
・関連委員会や投資計画の準備・調整

【Job Overview】

As we enter a new stage of growth and innovation, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Project Manager to lead OEM/OES projects.
【Division and Products】
Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:
1)Power Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.
2)Brain Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.
3)Light Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.
4)Valeo Service Division : Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3.
This position is within the Brain Division.
【Job Description】
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of project management, from operational and functional execution to team management, budget, and scope control.
- Plan, execute, and monitor assigned projects
- Achieve project KPIs (Quality, Cost, and Time)
- Manage resources and lead, evaluate, and develop team members
- Communicate with clients, including progress reporting, technical discussions, and issue resolution
- Manage project budgets, scope, and changes
- Prepare and coordinate with relevant committees and investment plans
