●Mission The Incubation Team operates as a "startup within a startup." We go far beyond routine feature development, acting as an autonomous engine to build new businesses from the ground up. We design the repeatable frameworks and playbooks that turn the "zero-to-one" creation process into a streamlined, scalable science. ●Job Responsibilities Technical Strategy & Architecture: Own the end-to-end architectural roadmap for core backend services. You will make the high stakes decisions on tech stacks, data modeling, and system design that will define our platform for years to come. Engineering Leadership: Act as a technical authority across multiple squads. You will mentor senior engineers, conduct deep dive code reviews, and raise the collective "bar" for engineering excellence. Product Incubation: Drive the technical execution of 0 to 1 product launches, ensuring that speed of delivery never compromises long-term system integrity. System Modernization: Identify and eliminate critical technical debt. You will lead the transition from legacy structures to a modern, distributed architecture optimized for global scale. ●Development Environment Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js Backend: TypeScript, Rust(axum), Node.js (Express, Fastify, NestJS) Infrastructure: Docker, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Istio, Cloudflare Event Bus: Cloud Pub/Sub DevOps: GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Kustomize, Helm, Terraform, Datadog, MixPanel, Sentry Data: CloudSQL (PostgreSQL), AlloyDB, BigQuery, dbt, trocco API: GraphQL, REST, gRPC Authentication: Auth0 Other tools: GitHub Copilot, Figma, Storybook Communication: Slack, Discord, JIRA, Miro, Confluence
