入社後は、オンプレ生成AIを核としたDXソリューションの企画・設計・推進に関する以下の業務を担っていただきます。 ●主な担当業務 (1)業務課題の把握・テーマ企画 ・航空エンジン事業を中心とした各部門(設計・製造・品質・調達・営業・管理部門など)に対するヒアリングの実施 ・現行業務フローの分析(As-Is整理)と、生成AIを活用したあるべき姿(To-Be像)の構想 ・生成AIを用いることで効果が期待できる業務領域の特定 ・業務インパクト・実現性・安全性・セキュリティ要件などを総合的に評価し、優先度の高いDXテーマを選定 (2)生成AI活用ユースケースの定義・ロードマップ策定 ・エアギャップ環境下のオンプレ生成AI基盤(社内構築基盤)を前提としたユースケース定義 ・品質・安全要求、および情報セキュリティ要件を満たすための利用範囲・ガイドライン・制約条件の整理 ・各テーマに対するステップ別のロードマップ策定 ・効果測定指標(KPI・KGI)の設定と、改善サイクルを回すための運用方針の検討 (3)生成AIアプリケーション/AIエージェントの実装・導入 ・DifyやPythonを用いた生成AIアプリケーション/AIエージェントのプロトタイプ設計・実装 ・業務部門が日常的に利用できるUI/UX(社内ポータルや業務システムとの連携を含む)の設計 ・必要に応じて、社内システムや既存データベースとの連携方針の検討・実装(※連携方法はエアギャップ環境の制約に準拠) ・ユーザートレーニング・マニュアル整備・運用ルール策定といった、現場定着に向けた支援 (4)プロジェクトマネジメント・ステークホルダー調整 ・基幹職および各事業部門の責任者と連携したプロジェクト計画の策定・進捗管理 ・インフラ・情報システム・セキュリティ部門などとの要件調整(性能要件、セキュリティ要件、運用体制など) ・外部パートナー(ベンダー・技術パートナー等)が関与する場合の要件定義・成果物レビュー・スケジュール調整 ・品質保証・安全保障(セーフティ/セキュリティ)に関わる部門との協議を通じた、リスク評価・対策の検討 ●各関係者との連携について 社内:航空・宇宙・防衛事業領域内並びに本社の情報システム・インフラ部門、セキュリティ部門、各事業部門(設計、製造、品質保証、調達、営業、管理部門など) 社外:生成AI関連の技術パートナー・ベンダー、必要に応じたコンサルティング会社・研究機関 等 各ステークホルダーとの対話を通じて、業務要件・技術要件・安全・セキュリティ要件をバランスよく満たす「現実的な落としどころ」を見極め、合意形成を図りながらプロジェクトを推進いただきます。 【変更の範囲】会社の定める業務
