You will make the high stakes decisions on tech stacks, data modeling, and system design that will define our platform for years to come. Engineering Leadership: Act as a technical authority across multiple squads. You will mentor senior engineers, conduct deep dive code reviews, and raise the collective "bar" for engineering excellence. Product Incubation: Drive the technical execution of 0 to 1 product launches, ensuring that speed of delivery never compromises long-term system integrity. System Modernization: Identify and eliminate critical technical debt. ●期待する役割 Enterprise Solution 部において、ソリューション提供における Technical PdM としての役割を担っていただきます。 本ポジションでは、大きく2つの軸で「何を作るか」の意思決定を主導していただきます。 1つ目は 個社ソリューションの企画・推進 です。顧客の経営課題を深く理解し、課題の発見・仮説立案・ソリューション企画・優先順位づけを行い、エンジニアリングチームと協働してソリューションを形にしていきます。 2つ目は ソリューションプラットフォームの設計・構築 です。ソリューション数の増加に伴い、プラットフォームとして実装すべきコア機能と、ソリューションごとの Configuration で実現する部分の境界を設計し、スケーラブルな基盤を構築します。 いずれの軸においても、ビジネス理解に基づいて自らプレイングし、ソリューション提供で得られた知見をプロダクトへ還流することで、全社レベルでの価値向上にも貢献していただきます。 ●想定される業務例 (以下に限定されるものではありません) ・顧客の経営課題に基づくソリューションのディスカバリー・企画・仕様策定 ・個社ソリューションのロードマップ策定・優先順位づけ・進捗管理 ソリューションプラットフォームのコア機能定義・ロードマップ策定 　-プラットフォームとして実装すべきコア機能と、ソリューションごとの Configuration で実現する部分の境界設計 ・定性・定量リサーチ(顧客ヒアリング・利用データ分析・問い合わせ分析など)の企画・遂行 ・ソリューション提供で得られた知見のプロダクトへの還流に向けた、他部署 PdM との協働 ・顧客および社内ステークホルダーとの調整・合意形成 ●所属組織について ・Enterprise Solution 部への配属を想定しています。 ・開発組織の全体像は[こちらのスライド](https://speakerdeck.com/caddi_eng/enziniaxiang-kehui-she-shao-jie-zi-liao)をご参照ください。 ●開発環境 ・バックエンド: Java, Python ・インフラ: Amazon Web Services,, Google Cloud, Google Kubernetes Engine, Anthos Service Mesh, Istio, Cloudflare, Argo Workflows ・Event Bus: Cloud Pub/Sub ・DevOps: GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Kustomize, Helm, Terraform, Datadog ・Data: AlloyDB for PostgreSQL, Apache Iceberg, Dagster, Polars ・開発ツール: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin ・コミュニケーションツール: Slack, Discord, JIRA, Asana, Miro, Confluence
