当社では、ITインフラエンタープライズアーキテクトとしてご活躍いただける経験豊富なプロフェッショナルを募集しています。本ポジションでは、エンタープライズITインフラを設計し、現行環境から円滑に移行を進める上で重要な役割を担います。既存の「現状(As-is)」と目指すべき「将来像(To-be)」のITインフラアーキテクチャを包括的に把握し、複数のステークホルダーと連携しながら展開を進めていただきます。ITインフラトランスフォーメーションプログラムマネージャーやテクニカルプロジェクトマネージャー、各プロジェクトマネージャー、プロダクトオーナーと緊密に協力し、整合性のある堅牢なITインフラアーキテクチャを構築し、運用上のギャップやリスクを最小限に抑えることを目指します。
職務内容:
エンタープライズITインフラアーキテクチャ設計を支援し、ITインフラチーム内の複数のプロジェクトおよび作業ストリームにわたる「将来像(To-be)」に向けた整合性のあるアーキテクチャの構築を推進します。
既存の「現状(As-is)」アーキテクチャを高い視座で把握し、その円滑な移行を管理。各プロジェクトおよびプロダクトオーナーと連携し、ギャップや運用リスクが回避されるよう、アーキテクチャとサービスの視点から整合性を確保します。
技術的な専門知識の強化と、新組織内でのアーキテクチャおよびプロダクトオーナーシップのコンピテンシーの確立に貢献し、現在のグローバル本社主導のモデルからのスムーズな移行をサポートします。
国内および海外のビジネスパートナー、ジョイントベンチャー、ITアプリケーションチームおよびインフラチームと緊密に連携し、グローバルIT戦略と連動した変革ロードマップを確立します。
主な業務内容:
❖ アーキテクチャ計画と実行:複数のプロジェクトおよび作業ストリーム間で、一貫性があり包括的なITアーキテクチャの実装を主導し、サービス運用に影響を与えるリスクが生じないようにします。
❖ 変革リーダーシップ:グローバルITインフラの変革および改善プロジェクトの実行を推進し、予定されたアーキテクチャの目標に沿った進行を確保します。
❖ エンタープライズアーキテクチャのリーダーシップ:変革段階完了後、ITインフラ領域におけるエンタープライズアーキテクチャの責任者として、プロダクトオーナーや運用管理者の役割を引き継ぎます。
❖ ステークホルダーとの連携:国内外のビジネスパートナーやグローバルITチーム、その他の内部ステークホルダーと安定した関係を築き、協力モデルを確立します。
❖ リソース管理:自分の担当領域におけるリソース管理(予算管理、契約交渉、サプライヤー管理等)を透明かつ適切に監督します。
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Enterprise Architect to play a critical role in designing and guiding the architectural transformation of our enterprise IT infrastructure. This position involves maintaining a comprehensive "as-is" and "to-be" architectural view of the infrastructure landscape and ensuring a smooth migration through collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Transformation Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, project managers of the individual transformation projects, and service/product owners to ensure a consistent and robust IT infrastructure architecture, minimizing operational gaps and risks.
Responsibilities:
Support the design and orchestration of the enterprise IT infrastructure architecture, ensuring it aligns with the strategic "to-be" state across multiple projects and workstreams within the IT infrastructure team.
Maintain a high-level view of the "as-is" IT architecture and oversee its seamless transition to the "to-be" state, continuously consulting with project and product owners to ensure architectural alignment and avoid potential service operation gaps or risks in the newly established landscape.
Build technical competencies and help establish architectural and product ownership within the new organization to seamlessly transition responsibility from the current ownership model to the new structure.
Collaborate closely with international and domestic business partners, joint ventures, IT application teams, and infrastructure colleagues to ensure the transformation roadmap is aligned with global IT strategy.
Key Tasks:
❖ Architectural Planning and Execution: Lead the implementation of a consistent and holistic IT architecture across projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment and avoiding risks that could negatively impact service operations.
❖ Transformation Leadership: Drive the execution of global IT infrastructure transformation and enhancement projects, ensuring adherence to planned architectural objectives.
❖ Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Following the transformation stage, transition into full leadership for the enterprise architecture while taking on product ownership and operational responsibilities within the IT infrastructure domain.
❖ Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and nurture stable relationships and collaboration models across both domestic and international business partners, global IT teams, and other internal stakeholders.
❖ Resource Management: Oversee transparent and professional resource management for your area, including key activities such as budget management, contract negotiation, and supplier oversight.
