1.会社全体の業務プロセスをサポートするITアプリケーションの企画・提案 2.提案内容を実現するためのITプロジェクトの推進とシステム構築 3.構築したシステムの運用管理(インシデント管理、問題管理、変更管理などを含むアウトソーシングベンダーとの連携) 4.システム運用ベンダーの選定とパートナー管理 5.ダイムラートラックのITロードマップ、セキュリティ方針、内部統制方針、三菱ふそうのITランドスケープに基づくシステム対応 6.IT関連予算の策定と管理 1. IT application system planning/proposal for entire company business support 2. Proceed the IT project (System development, package implementation etc.) for the solution realization 3. Manage the system operation (Use outsourcing vendor. Main task: Incident management, Problem management, Change management) 4. Select & Manage the IT vendor for system operation 5. System measurement along the Daimler Truck IT roadmap for H/W, S/W, Security policy, Internal control system and MFTBC’s IT Landscape 6. Manage the IT budget

バスIT部門は、Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd(MFBM)のIT部門として、ユーザーにとって安全で安定した最新のIT環境を提供し、業務の生産性と正確性の向上を目指しています。 担当業務は、ITプロジェクトの企画・設計・管理をはじめ、システム運用、ITセキュリティ、ネットワークやサーバなどのインフラ管理、PC・プリンター・電話などのユーザーデバイス対応、エンドユーザー向けアプリケーションの導入、社内サービスデスクの運営など多岐にわたります。現在は、ダイムラートラックおよび三菱ふそうトラック・バス(MFTBC)のグローバルIT戦略に沿って社内展開を進めていますが、将来を見据えた最適なシステム・インフラの構築にも積極的に取り組んでいます。バスITは、MFBMのCFOおよびMFTBCのIT部門の両方にレポートラインを持ち、部門横断的に連携しながら業務を進めています。 現在のチームは、マネージャー1名(40代後半)とスタッフ3名(40代後半〜50代前半)で構成されており、それぞれの経験や専門性を活かしながら協力して業務を進めています。ITの知識や経験を活かしながら、グローバルな視点で業務に関わることができるチャレンジングな環境です。 ※選考について 本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社(以下「当社」)が主体となって実施し、採用(雇用契約の締結)も当社が行います。 事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です(転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります)。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。 また、業務内容の特性上、当社および三菱ふそうバス製造株式会社の担当者が面接官として参加する場合があります。応募情報は採用選考の目的で当社および同社の担当者間で共有されることがあります。各担当者は守秘義務を負い、採用選考以外の目的では利用しません。 Bus IT is the IT division of Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (MFBM), dedicated to providing users with a secure, stable, and modern IT environment that enhances both productivity and accuracy in daily operations. The team’s responsibilities cover a broad range of IT services. These include planning, designing, and managing IT projects; operating and maintaining systems; ensuring IT security; managing backend infrastructure such as networks and servers; supporting user devices like PCs, printers, and phones; deploying end-user applications; and running internal service desk operations. Currently, Bus IT operates in alignment with the global IT strategy of Daimler Truck and Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC). At the same time, the team is actively working on building future-ready systems and infrastructure to meet evolving business needs. Bus IT reports to both the CFO of MFBM and the IT department of MFTBC, and works collaboratively across departments and regions to deliver effective and scalable IT solutions. The current team consists of one manager in their late 40s and three staff members in their late 40s to early 50s. Each member brings valuable experience and expertise, working together in a collaborative and supportive environment.
