海外市場担当のITプロジェクトマネージャー: このポジションは、世界中のすべての市場におけるふそうの販売およびカスタマーサービス拠点をサポートするための重要な役割を担います。彼/彼女(採用者)は、各市場、社内および社外のITサプライヤーとの運用を含む、ITプロジェクトおよびITランドスケープ(全体構造)を推進する責任を負います。 主な責任(Key Responsibilities): リージョン(地域)や市場のステアリング(舵取り・管理)、および市場のデマンドマネジメント(需要管理)の調整。 MFTBC本社メンバーと連携し、市場で発生したインシデントや問い合わせの解決など、ビジネスオペレーションをサポートする。 ITプロジェクトマネジメントおよびベンダーマネジメント。 ITシステム戦略、プラットフォームの近代化、およびアーキテクチャのサポート。 主要なステークホルダーと協力し、ITアーキテクチャをビジネス戦略および海外市場の需要と適合させる。 組織の方向に沿ったITプロジェクト(合併、事業分離)のサポート。 Job Summary: IT Project Manager for international markets - this position plays a key role to support Fuso Sales and Customer Service office for all markets worldwide. He/she will be responsible to drive the IT projects & landscape including operations with markets, internal & external IT suppliers. Key Responsibilities: •Steering of regions/markets and coordinate in market demand management •Coordinate with MFTBC HQ memebers and support business operations e.g. to solve market incidents and queries. •IT project management and vendor management •Support of IT system strategies and platform modernization and architecture •Collaborate with key stakeholders to align IT architecture with business strategies and international market demands

資格要件(Qualifications) ・ ITまたは関連分野の学士号 ・ 商用車、自動車または関連する B2B 分野での 4〜7 年の経験 ・ 業務遂行力、分析力、そして前向きな姿勢(Can-do マインド) ・ 機能横断的かつ多文化環境で働くことに慣れていること ・ 担当リージョン内への出張に対応できること スキル・コンピテンシー(Skills & Competencies): ・ 商用車の製品カテゴリ(小型〜大型)に関する知識 ・ マトリックス組織で地域チームを支援した経験 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or related discipline. 4–7 years of experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or related B2B sectors. Strong organizational, analytical skills and can-do attitude. Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural environments. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Skills & Competencies: Familiarity with commercial vehicle product categories (light to heavy duty). Experience supporting regional teams in a matrix organization.
