【募集概要】 当社グループは100周年を迎え、世界で初めて自動運転レベル3を開発する等、業界をリードし、今後更なる進化を遂げるためにグループ一体となり、新たな挑戦のステージに入っています。 今回は、OEM/OES向けプロジェクト(コンポーネント、既知の技術コンポーネントを含むシステムなど)をリードするプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。 【部門と商材】 ◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています 1)パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、 快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 2)ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの 再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 3)ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と ソリューションの設計、開発、製造 4)ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、1～3の商材全てのアフターサービス ※本ポジションはブレイン・ディビジョンの求人になります 【担当プロジェクト】 フロントカメラ・センサー・visionシステム・LiDARなど 既存プロジェクトを担当しつつ、新規プロジェクト獲得に向けた活動を行います。 ・既存プロジェクト:すでに量産中の自動車に搭載されている製品のソフトウェアアップデート、システム・設定変更など ・新規プロジェクト:見積から受注した場合は2-3年プロジェクトにつく 担当プロジェクトの規模や製品は候補者のスキルに合わせます(複数プロジェクトを掛け持ちする場合もある) 【仕事内容】 プロジェクトの運営・進捗管理からチームマネジメント、予算・スコープ管理まで幅広く担当いただきます。 ・割り当てられたプロジェクトの計画・実行・進捗管理 ・プロジェクトKPI(品質・コスト・納期)の達成 ・リソース管理、チームメンバーの育成・評価 ・顧客対応(進捗報告、技術的議論、課題解決) ・予算・スコープ管理、変更管理 ・関連委員会や投資計画の準備・調整 【出張】 ・国内 OEM:多くて月3回、日帰りが多い ・海外 ドイツ(開発センター):1年に1回 その他社内で開発や製造のチームがValeoのグループ会社にあるので、そこに年に一回行くこともある。 →中国、インド、エジプトなど 【その他】 ・チーム構成:5～6名 【Job Overview】 Our group is celebrating its 100th anniversary and continues to lead the industry, including being the first in the world to develop Level 3 autonomous driving. As we enter a new stage of growth and innovation, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead OEM/OES projects , including components and systems with existing technologies. 【Division and Products】 Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions: 1)Power Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification. 2)Brain Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences. 3)Light Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere. 4)Valeo Service Division : Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3. This position is within the Brain Division. 【Products】 Front cameras, sensors, vision systems, LiDAR, etc. While being in charge of existing projects, we will also work to acquire new projects. ・Existing projects: Software updates, system/configuration changes, etc. for products already installed in automobiles in mass production ・New projects: If awarded, the candidate will work on the project for 2-3 years Projects in charge scale and products will be matched to the candidate's skills (in some cases, multiple projects will be carried out at the same time) 【Job Description】 As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of project management, from operational and functional execution to team management, budget, and scope control. - Plan, execute, and monitor assigned projects - Achieve project KPIs (Quality, Cost, and Time) - Manage resources and lead, evaluate, and develop team members - Communicate with clients, including progress reporting, technical discussions, and issue resolution - Manage project budgets, scope, and changes - Prepare and coordinate with relevant committees and investment plans 【Business trip】 - Domestic OEM: 3 times a month at most, mostly day trips - Overseas Germany (development center): once a year Other in-house development and manufacturing teams are in Valeo group companies, so I sometimes go there once a year. →China, India, Egypt, etc. 【Additional Information】 - Team size:5～6 members

・ソフトウェアの知識 ・PM経験(技術のことが分かる営業出身の方でもOK) OR SWエンジニアでPMにチャレンジしたい人 ・自動車業界出身者 ・英語:ビジネスレベル ・Software knowledge ・PM experience (Sales background who understands technology is OK) or SW engineer who wants to challenge PM ・Automotive industry background ・English: Business level ・Japanese: Business level (N2)
求める人物像
・コミュニケーション能力がある(うまく話しをまとめられる・わからないことをキャッチアップして、メンバーに展開できる) ・生産を海外で行っていることもあり、MTGが夜発生する場合があるので、それに対応できる方 ・インターナショナルな環境で仕事ができる人(チームに日本人が少ないです) ・プレッシャーに強く、自分の意見をはっきり主張できる人 ・Has good communication skills (can organize a conversation well, catch up what is not understood and deploy it to the team members) ・Able to handle MTG that may occur at night since the production is done overseas ・Able to work in an international environment People (there are few Japanese in the team) ・People who are strong under pressure and can clearly assert their opinions
