As we enter a new stage of growth and innovation, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Project Manager to lead OEM/OES projects. 【Division and Products】 Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions: 1)Power Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification. 2)Brain Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences. 3)Light Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere. 4)Valeo Service Division : Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3. This position is within the Brain Division. 【Job Description】 As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of project management, from operational and functional execution to team management, budget, and scope control. - Plan, execute, and monitor assigned projects - Achieve project KPIs (Quality, Cost, and Time) - Manage resources and lead, evaluate, and develop team members - Communicate with clients, including progress reporting, technical discussions, and issue resolution - Manage project budgets, scope, and changes - Prepare and coordinate with relevant committees and investment plans 【Additional Information】 - Team Size: PM: approx. 10 members Senior PM: approx. 10 members

・日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル(日本語は会議をオーガナイズできるレベル) ・組み込みシステム開発(製品分野不問)またはスマートフォン関連システム開発における3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・ソフトウェア・コンピューターサイエンス系の学位 - Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English. Japanese proficiency should be sufficient to organize and facilitate meetings. - At least 3 years of project management experience in embedded systems development (any product category) or smartphone-related systems development. - A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

・自動車テレマティクス製品の開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・マネジメントやファイナンスに関する知識・経験 ・Tier 1自動車部品メーカー、またはValeoの競合他社での勤務経験 なお、テレマティクス製品の開発経験や豊富な知識をお持ちの方は、ご経験やスキルに応じてSenior PMとしても検討可能です。 特に、自動車業界での経験やテレマティクス関連製品に関する専門知識をお持ちの方を歓迎します。 - Project management experience in the development of automotive telematics products. - Knowledge of or experience in management and/or finance. - Experience working for a Tier 1 automotive supplier or a company competing with Valeo. Candidates with experience in telematics product development or extensive knowledge of telematics products may also be considered for a Senior Project Manager position, depending on their experience and skill set. Candidates with automotive industry experience and specialized knowledge of telematics products are particularly encouraged to apply.
