当社のカーブアウト活動を主導し、円滑な移行プロセスを推進するとともに、組織および法的要件の順守を徹底。移行サービス契約(TSA)運営を含む主要イニシアチブを統括し、業務とスケジュールの整合性を確保。 重要なビジネス情報の完全性と可用性を保護するためのデータ移行プロセスを管理・監督。 「To-Be」ITオペレーティングモデルの準備と導入を推進し、将来の要件とビジネス戦略との整合を図る。 シェアードサービスを運営し、ITプロダクションおよび製品開発システム全体に対して一貫したサポート体制を構築し、卓越した運用を実現。 部門横断的なチームと緊密に連携し、カーブアウト、移行、シェアードサービスイニシアチブの調整と統合をシームレスに実施。 プロジェクトのマイルストーンを継続的に監視し、関係者への進捗報告を実施し、組織目標との整合性を維持。 相互接続システムの課題に対処し、ソリューション最適化に向けた技術的リーダーシップを発揮。 製品開発およびITプロダクションワークフローにおいて、イノベーション推進のための協働環境を構築。 すべての取り組みにおいてデータガバナンスとITセキュリティ基準の順守を徹底。IT戦略へ最新技術とアプローチを導入するため、業界動向を継続的に把握。 ベストプラクティス、プロセス、方法論の適用においてチームを指導し、高品質な成果を確実にする。システム分離、ITサービス改善、業務効率化において測定可能な成果を達成。 Lead the carve-out activities for Mitsubishi Fuso, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with organizational and legal requirements. Oversee key initiatives, including the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) Steering, to ensure alignment of operations and timelines. Manage data migration processes to safeguard the integrity and availability of critical business information. Drive the preparation and implementation of the "To-Be" IT operating model, aligning it with future requirements and business strategies. Steer shared services, to ensure consistent support and operational excellence across IT production and product development systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of carve-out, migration, and shared service initiatives. Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide leadership and technical expertise in addressing challenges and optimizing solutions for interconnected systems. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation within product development and IT production workflows. Ensure compliance with data governance and IT security standards across all initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate modern technologies and approaches into the IT strategy. Guide the team in applying best practices, processes, and methodologies to ensure high-quality results. Deliver measurable success in carving out systems, improving IT services, and enhancing operational efficiency.
