●Job Description ・Lead JOEM customer project as main customer interface and technical project leadership in close collaboration with project leader in Europe and Singapore leading JOEM customer project ・Drive development activity and manage product roadmap towards customer ・Coordinate product strategy towards customer ・Manage local development team and interface with global development team and platform team You will be managing Zone Control Unit and Integrated Body Control Unit - conceptualizing, realization, and industrialization with project team. You will be leading local project development activities and managing customer, in close collaboration with global development teams Zone Control Unit: main elements in new vehicle architecture with zonal separation approach controlling massive number and cross function domain inputs and outputs Body Control Module: central element of vehicle electronics, controlling numerous vehicle functions of electronic basis, comfort, and security functions in one unit Other products in scope of the organization: Gateway / Door Control Unit / Seat Control Unit / Overhead Console / etc

必須条件
・Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or similar ・At least 5 years working experience, preferred in automotive / consumer electronics industry ・Experience in full product life-cycle development in the field of Electrical Engineering / Software development / Systems Engineering ・Knowledge on project management in the areas of design and development ・Being pro-active, self-motivated and a good team player ・Customer-oriented with strong technical knowledge, leadership and interpersonal skills ・Strong language skills in both English and Japanese
